Set up a time and date for this. Something like every Friday evening...

Doing it every 8-16 hours will lead to guilds getting frustrated PoHate isn't up for their guild clears I think.

People generally like Pick up raids, since it tends to bring people together. But doing them repeatedly in the same plane will lead to some rustled jimmies I think.
