Playing at work.

So I was playing EQ at work and IT happened to walk by and we got to chatting and he used to play EQ back in the day "oh that game ruined my second marriage".
I mentioned I'm having to make my phone a hotspot to play at work and he said oh I'll just unblock it.

What info do I need to give him so he can unblock it? What ports or ip or what?
Why would it be flagged as something to be blocked? He said he does other mmos at work and they are not blocked.

I meet with him in 8 hours to tell him the info.

I work in a small ER in Texas at nights. I may be busy most of the night or I may have 8+ hours of getting paid to play computer games while I wait for next "sick"(some people think they are going to die because they sneezed wrong) person to come in.
I have not run back into the IT guy yet. He paid for his EQ accounts from launch till 2 years ago but has not played in 8 years. He said it would be like loosing a child if he let it lapse...
