Regarding a custom avatar

How do I upload a custom avatar picture? I haven't been able to find a way to do this yet.

At the top of the forums while you are logged in you'll see Home Forums User CP

click on User CP, then on the left side under Settings & Options you'll see Edit Avatar.

Though I'm not sure but there may be a minimum required number of posts before you can set an avatar.
