Default Kagatob, explain something to me...
Why is Lolicon illegal, while Shotacon isn't? I get the idea behind making Lolicon illegal (even if I don't agree with it), but how come it doesn't extend to shotacon? Is it a Catholic Priest conspiracy?

Neither are illegal in the United States.
