The problem is bigger than RMT and rule breakers. Live EQ part of enjoyment was the game is designed for a group, so you had a list of cleric buddies, list of tanks, and you grouped and exped and got gear with them.

This server has a very high percentage of people that feel they have something to prove. They have to have the best pixels in game, they have to be on the pvp boards high up, they have to look good to other people so if they die /ooc excuses.

To make the community better people just need to stop being greedy self centered assholes and enjoy the game.

Let's not forget this is a game, and people play for their own enjoyment.

For me, I like killing everyone and being the best pvper, this box has ever seen.

Like I said, we play this game for fun, its not a job. right?

This might be news to you, but all the little sub level 40's that quit the box don't care about who you guys want banned. They aren't leaving because person001 cheats at dragons or whatever else. They don't even know that's a thing.

So.... why is there such a high turnover rate for those people? Has anyone tried to speak with them..? How 'bout you guys (the community) focuses on that, and let us worry about the other stuff.

Probably quit because you can't level melee here thought they'd have a classic leveling experience and found out you get banned for two boxing a healer. Or maybe they got bored leveling alone or with twinked alts. Or maybe they RMT to level a melee then got banned. All of those are plausible explanations for Joe newb.
