I've been sitting in Lfay for 2 days now. Forum said PH is to Despawn at 7 am/pm and repop 9 am/pm. The spot has not despawned once in the 4-5 hours over the past 2 days. I've had non wood elf players kill the PH 3 times and she is not spawning.

Looks like she can spawn uncommonly during the day or night. She or ph will despawn/respawn at those times.

I see she was killed two days ago, so this is working.
