The melee solo challenge

No this is not a troll thread, I was wondering if it is possible irregardless of time to get either an untwinked warrior or rogue 1-60 100% solo. Items self found only, no heals, no buffs allowed from other PCs. Buying from NPC merchants would be allowed , but not the items sold by other players.

Suppose that this server was deserted and you only had 2 options, how would you go on about to the road to lvl60?

Monks could do it a lot easier. I think its possible on a warrior, 1-54 in the old world for sure. Could probably solo singles in Karnor to 60.

The obvious setback is how patient you are with sitting around waiting to heal up. I'd assume you'd want to play a troll or iksar for the improved regen? The 50s might take years with no healer! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Yeah certainly possible, just churning out low blues. Would take forever though.

Warriors solo up til about 50 is pretty doable. After that is gets a little hairy.

Would be rough gear wise, probably wouldn't be able to solo a haste item until mid 50's?

hell you could make 10k on willowisps in a couple of days
