Quest Issue: Necro Spells: No Reward

I did the Necro Spells Quest, turned in on two seperate occasions and didn't receive the reward either time, no spell, no $$, no xp, or faction. Not sure if anyone else has experience this?

Did you turn in all 4 items at once? Quest is working fine for me, but it is not currently MQable so all items need to be turned in simultaneously.

Yep all at once, 1 Pincer, 2 Skulls, and 1 Tooth. Didn't MQ, had everything on me. Which is why I was wondering why it didn't work because I haven't heard of anyone else having this issue. My Necro is lvl 4 but I don't think that there is a minimum level.
