![]() How do the penalties carry over in a group?
for example: If a bard has a 40% penalty when he is in a group then does the entire group now have a 40% penalty? I just am hard pressed to believe that is how it would work. If any one actually knows how this works fill me in.

![]() class penalty should be equated
race penalty should be to the PC with the race penalty only

![]() Penalties are applied to each player, not the group.

![]() No penalty is applied to the group, but the group suffers for it nonetheless. Read the link.
Bottom line: A shit halfling warrior is NEVER a better choice vs a well played Iksar Warrior or Troll SK. Regardless of any effect to your xp pixels. Pick the best player for the need regardless of their race or hybrid choice.

![]() Basically characters with an xp penalty get a slightly bigger share of the xp in a group. This means when grouping with friends no one gets left behind (unless if they die waaaay to much).
