Pop grows -> griefers come who have been entrenched with gear / clickies / support for years -> new players realize why they quit at launch of red 99 -> garage box continues un-phased.

Griefers are the vast minority. I know, because unlike you, I actually play on the server.

We also have an LnS play-nice policy. Getting killed by twink is annoying, but its rare. Also, its only 4 levs of pvp now. So your comments are virtually invalid.

Red community has made huge strides in this department. Guild leaders, officers, and the general population is fighting hard to eliminate that kind of behavior. There are mechanics and rules put in place to limit this kind of thing from driving people off the server.

Bottom line? You're still going to get PvP'd. It's a PvP server. But no matter how badly you get beaten your ability to continue playing and having fun shouldn't be hampered.

What rules do you speak of? This is from the red server rules:

Bind camping is not against the rules but is frowned upon in it's basic form (intentionally killing a player over and over at a reasonable bind location). Allow players to move on after defeating them. The reverse also holds true, and we request that you do not bind near a player or group intentionally to continuously attack them. The staff may step in to stop these situations if necessary.

All Project 1999: Blue rules apply to the PvP server, except where a resolution can be found through PvP. We have Loot and Scoot, no bind camping, and a number of other rules to protect our low level players.

I apologize for the confusion. If you see anywhere else that has the outdated rules, please send me a PM so I can fix them.
