The first couple seasons of Bleach were great, but latter ones have too many pointless and repetitive fights. Naruto is the same way, but I loved the first few arcs of that show. Both of the Fullmetal Alchemist series are shorter and good all the way through.

I like:
Fairy Tail for magical fighting similar to Naruto (Naruto fights seem to take twice as long though, Fairy Tail fights seem appropriately lengthed, at least to me). It has large and small story arcs as well. My favorite is the Phantom guild story arc. First season is on Netflix. Kenichi for marshal arts fighting with comedy. I was surprised how much this grew on me. I have no idea how accurate the training is, but it all made a lot of sense. Entire thing is on Netflix. Legend of Legendary heroes was a surprisingly good anime as well, despite the horrible name. It was also on Netflix.
