Mercenary Captains - Not in timeline?
Cannot find a thread about this quest pre 2003, none of the captains have an entry pre 2003.
Captain Mc`Hersh for said quest currently up in Kael

i could be wrong
but i though captains quest only became active once sleeper was woken. The sky shrine npc that requires mercenary captain badges only appears when sleeper is awoken.

That NPC was not up on EQMAC last time i ran through sky shrine to find location of various npc the devs asked for in another thread.
