from my experience that means there is just a hangup in there system. Guessing you just changed the email and wanted to change the pass? give it a few hours and try again. And for future change your pass first then the email so even if you hang up it will be done. Also they will just redirect you to eqemulators server boards for issues like this since it is with that and not the p99 server.

Well actually, the problem seems to only be occurring with some of my accounts, and not others.

I was able to change my Bard's info no problem at all. I then went to do it on my warrior's account, and my cousin's accounts and had no luck. Could it have something to do with how old the accounts are ? I know one guy stopped basically playing his monk because of the fact that due to this error he isn't able to change it's password. He has all the correct info, it's just, for some reason it won't work.

Maybe newer accs? IDK .

Someone else is having this problem recently. I thought it was related to verifying the registration via email link, but I had them create a new EQ EMU account to check that theory and it did still did not work.

I created a new EQ EMU account after his failure, and was able to verify and access the Loginserver Accounts with no problem.

I asked the person having an issue to clear cookies. He did so, and is still having the same problem.

His problem has existed for several days.

Not much help, but you are not alone.
