Can't send/receive tells

Can't send or receive tells, and can't check /who all list. Sending a tell to an online player will return with "player is not online" /who all doesn't return anything. I know some people have had this problem before but I can't seem to find any suggestions for a fix... I've tried re-logging and zoning a few times but nothing. Only having this problem with one toon... the rest of my alts are working just fine.

Known issue, I think. It is most likely you went Link Dead and then logged back in to cause this.
