PnP rules are't working too well. Some problems/clarification

I'll try to keep this short. I ran into some problems today and i think people are getting the wrong idea. I'd like to take a second to disect this passage and elaborate on some of sirken's ideas.

"Killing someone over and over again while at his or her bind-point or while they are in the process of retrieving their corpse is illegal and may result in disciplinary action taken against your account. You are expected in all cases to give someone a reasonable amount of time to recover their corpse and leave the area prior to attacking again. This also applies to raid/group/guild PvP.

Conversely, the person recovering their corpse is expected to do so and retreat to safety promptly. In other words, sitting next to your corpse and taunting someone while daring them to attack you so that you can /petition them is bad form, and may result in disciplinary action taken against your account."


Naked players are acting like they should be immune to pvp. Unless they knowingly just died to you , or your guildmates... IN THE ZONE you find them (aka they have a corpse) then they are fair game. LNS will then apply to them when they return to that zone and have a corpse, they are able to loot and scoot to the next zone.

I would like to elaborate on the words "over and over" found above. This allows the person to get killed 1 time per zone per hour which is completely reasonable. I believe sirken stated this so correct me if I'm wrong , but naked players are not immune to pvp, This leads to people bagging their gear and traversing the world "naked" to be immune to pvp.

some general problems I have encountered in the lns department:

BIND POINTS
today we killed some1 at his bind point. he refused to leave the zone or camp out and just hung around.

CAN'T SCOOT
In seb today some1 kamakazeed into our group and got them killed. He ran all the way back, looted his gear, and then asked for help leaving the zone. Basically this person was stuck at the seb zone in with no way out, refused to log, kept training and dying, running back looting/ He was voilating lns by constantly re-entering the zone. This is a little rediculous if we are obliged to go out of our way to help people get their bodies so they can attack us every hour. If you cant handle the cr, stay out of the zone.
