i eat mostly whole grains, green vegetables, and lean and/or fatty proteins and ive never experienced this. tell me moar about how much it hurts to poo when you eat fast food everyday.

Actually ive noticed most fast food gives you liquid poop.
Particularly, Burger King, which i eat once a year, gives me diarrhea 2 hours later, you can almost set your watch to it. | ||
