I want to do something different with the buff bar, I want to make it go from bottom to top but cant figure out how to do it

Can you explain what you changed?
specifically added back the atk, ac, en, wgt, and stats to player name. I made all hot bars horizontal, changed buff/bard bar to be smaller. Also Added max mana instead of just having mana by iteself on player window.
