FFA was meant to cater to the griefer types who want to kill anything that walks across their screen. with no XP penalty or item loot there's no reason to have any limits on PvP

training takes way too much work to police, and even then is never enforced fairly. if a rule can't be policed properly then it shouldn't be a rule.
