Friends error

My friend gets this error every single time he launches the game from the EMUeq launcher. Any ideas to fix?

Check the resolution in the eqclient.ini file, you can find instructions in this thread:

but they should be set to something like:

WindowedWidth=800
WindowedHeight=600
Width=800
Height=600
FullscreenBitsPerPixel=32
FullscreenRefreshRate=0
WidthWindowed=800
HeightWindowed=600


If that doesn't fix the issue others have had success with updating their video drivers, but the above seems to be the solution to most of these.

That's the error I get when I alt enter into fullscreen, it crashes with input device error, then I open it again. I get that error when the old instance of eq is still crashed out but open. Check task manager.

This problem is now resolved though, thank you for the suggestions as well.
