LF a good rpg

I've been extremely jaded with all mmos. Nothing is appealing. So I may as well seek my entertainment in single player rpgs. Can anybody recommend me a good one?

i second shining force. emphasis on shining force 2.

try also might & magic 6 or 7 (not heroes)

borderlands 2 (love the humor in this game)

civ 4 with the master of mana mod

It's like Oblivion in that Oblivion is a bad version of Morrowind with better graphics.

It's what I would play when I didn't have access to EQ back in the day because it was the next best thing. In retrospect it was superior in many ways.

seiken densetsu 3 if you like secret of mana

chrono trigger

alot of the talez series are incredible symphonia for gc is great the older ones can be annoyinglh hard

Casting my vote with Shining Force 2 - love this game.

Also any of the Final Fantasy series - although 4,6,7,8,9 would be my preferred choices.

most games being recomended are pretty old. If you have a Wii or WiiU, try Xenoblade Chronicls. I just finished the game and it's phenomenal.

That's because 90% of modern games suck balls. Classic games are the best because they're original, innovative, and they actually bring you into a world of adventure and excitement. Most modern games I've played just feel like shit, especially the online ones like LoL.
