Project1999 Violating ADA?

It has come to my attention that P99 has engaged in serious misconduct and possible violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). HPT, a player suffering from a broken hand, was using acceptable equipment that enabled him to continue playing through his potential career ending injury. In violation of the ADA, P99 staff have suspended / banned this player. I respectfully ask P99 to look into this violation IMMEDIATELY before I am left with no choice other than to file suit. Thank you.

So if your secretary broke her dominant hand you'd ask her to write all your reports up with her other hand? This was a potential career ending injury and you'd have my client risk damaging his only remaining hand to cast lesser shielding? Disgusting.

p.s. how is hpt able to play a cleric at every raid if he isn't able to press minor shielding with his left hand

I dunno I feel like it should be ok to use a keyboard you can program a macro into, but you shouldn't leave your char afk while doing so.

Also I have reason to believe HPT is not a stellar and friendly player which may have more to do with he ban than any actual rules violation.
