Beyond frustrating

So once again, EQ works at 10pm last night, and 0845am this morning. Yet as usual it goes down and 1017 errors the rest of the day. Once again this is the only server with such an issue, I appreciate all the help that people have provided to fix it. Unfortunately there is nothing that has worked day in and day out, this server has really brought me a lot of fun only to be ruined by this annoyance. It's not a hardware issue or connection issue, otherwise none of the servers would work. It is just P99. I don't know if it's the fact my ISP is causing issues because it is ran through a building but good lord it has ruined my time with EQ and P99 thus far.

There are other posts about something similar and it appears to be account related???? Making a diff account sounds like it fixes the problem.
