If by "Now is the time" you are referring to a wipe, then yes I totally agree with you. Wipe that stained server clean, fix the resists and pop will be several hundred.

Hopefully the mouth-breathing scourge on R99 will understand that this is NOT the time to camp newbie zones and trash bind spots for giggles.

The more people on your server, the better its chance of survival. Don't grief the people who try it out as a result of the exp change.
