What can anyone tell me about BANNED, not "suspended," accounts being reinstated?

I've been hearing that banned (seq, MQ, RMT, etc.) accounts have had their "bans" lifted.

I KNOW nothing, so I'm asking...

people use ban and suspension interchangeably on this server

dont cheat/rmt or loan out your account info to shady people that do and you wont have this problem
