Faction: Theron Rolius (North Freeport)
This NPC who is the quest NPC for the Damaged Militia Helm's quest in North Freeport is supposed to be on Knight's of Truth faction, or at least was before the most recent patch. My iksar Warrior had no problems turning in helms previously and now he is threateningly con, while the rest of the guards and GMs are Apprehensively. As far as I know this guy was always on Knight's of Truth faction and I was able to do quest before so this seems very odd.
