Default Rogue epic MQ?

This is probably a very noob question, but I just want to make sure before I beef it.

If I want to MQ a rogue epic for someone, all I would have to do is:

0.) acquire final turn in items
1.) give the other person the Jagged Diamond Dagger
2.) I turn in General's Pouch and Cazic Quill first
3.) have the other person turn in Jagged Diamond Dagger last

At which point they will receive Ragebringer, correct?

Rogues are better sustained DPS than a wizard and can actually improve with gear, on top of exp bonus. What's so bad about them? They are group dependent in a game designed around grouping?

At release. Rogues did not have evade or any aggro reduction ability for 11 months. Weapons and itemization for rogues were subpar.

Rogues quickly and vastly improved Kunark onward.

Also, hide and sneak didn't work together, and there was no such thing as a minimum backstab either. Rogues would land backstabs for 1 often. Now the formula for levels 1-50 is minimum backstabs are equal to the rogue's level, further increasing at levels 51, 55, and 2x level at 60. I think.. the multiplier at 51 is 1.25 and 1.5 for 55.

The best invis in game, evade, and backstab minimums massively improved the class. But, as Elethia said, rogues were horrrrrible to begin with.

Unless someone botched the MQ before you, or turned in a JDD to troll, and you end up with it.

If this did happen, would the server staff not reimburse any part of the MQ?

Make sure your buyer counts 10 alligators before he does his turn in after yours.
