Ithvol K`Jasn not giving the disciple symbol of Innoruuk
Having completed the Initiate Symbol of Innoruuk, I tried to get the Disciple Symbol of Innoruuk. I followed the quest from the wiki, got right up to the end and handed Ithvol K`Jasn my Initiate Symbol of Innoruuk and the Head of a Halfling Spy.
He then told me 'I don't need this.' and proceeded to take both items.

Yeah... One of those is for a different issue with the same quest chain (different head and a different NPC) and the other is just someone going 'works for me, so you must be wrong' and neither is really useful in any way. I suppose I could post 'me too' on the end of the second one.

Not a bug, just bad quest design; I tracked down the problem. That damned halfling skin mask looked just like the head I was meant to be handing in. When I came to hand in the head, I picked up the mask and that meant I lost everything.
Handing in the head later (I did wonder why I seemed to have the head again) did not work, probably for the same reason you cannot MQ it...
