What: Drowning

Description:
I was in kedge keep and my 60 warrior was taking 409 damage a tick in Drowning. Not sure if that's correct but its a little bit ridiculous. Gives no chance at getting an EB off in time.

Test on eqmac, but it was surely rape dmg

409 seems like some kinda extreme drowning.

I tested the following tonite on p99:

L2 Warrior: 110 STA, 8 Damage per drowning tick, 65 HP Max.

L27 Druid: 97 STA, 69 Damage per tick. HP Max 555.

L30 Rogue, 87 STA, 97 Damage per tick. HP Max 754.

L35 Warrior, 110 STA, 153 Damage per tick. HP Max 1225.
