Ogre Warrior Slam not landing

Issue: For the passed few days I have played this toon, I have noticed that Slam is doing absolutely nothing....I have 198 skill and had no issues up until a few days ago, Kick still works fine and lands often, not sure why I cant get a slam in. Any help would be appreciated.
