Looks like p1999 is now a legendary server, and I didnt see PEQ on the list anymore. What happened, was PEQ just down or has p1999 taken its rightful place as the prime EQEMU server?

Legendary is eqemulator admin discretion, usually reserved for servers run by a dev of eqemu, or a server with exceptionally high population. In this case, both apply, although I don't own/dev the server, I do run it, and I'm an eqemulator admin, so I moved us up to legends with the approval of other team members.

Nice. Just out of curiosity, what is the expected population capacity for this server?

Expected? Bring as many people as you'd like. There's no capacity problem to be seen in the immediate future. The hardware/connection currently would handle ~1000 people.
