I had one on live and then the ice proc'ing one. The only time I used them was in SSRA temple against the crazy high ac mobs. I wouldn't rely on a proc for dps, I consider it a very niche weapon and while it might be good dps right now - it isn't worth the price on this server for a toy. Or at least it isn't worth that price to me.
