Quest Issue: Paineel, Coriante Verisue (Necro Guildmaster)

Just started playing, glad I found Project 1999!

NPC asks for bat wings and snake fangs. No response after turning any items in. Should be like this:

Quest should work but require the player to turn in the bat wings and snake fangs all at once.

Fixed, pending update.

Added intermediate reward text and made multiquestable.
