Helms of Giant Warriors

I saw a thread from October 2016, but not replies from staff. I just turned in 40 helmets, one at a time, to Kcor. I started at Kindly and stayed in Kindly. This quest is supposed to give +15 unless the number on the wiki is wildly inaccurate. I seem to recall this working in the past though. Characters name is Starrinnat and the turnins were done around 10:10 AM PST, 6-18-21.
