Does anyone remember when this gets added to kaesora?

One of the posts says, which I remember to be accurate, that it was a no rent weapon that dropped in Kaesora. I know it was in game during velious, but I am not sure about during kunark.

"No it does not drop in VP. It drops nowhere in game nowadays. It used to drop in Kaesora but was then no rent when it did (aka it poofed when you logged). Now it no longer drops at all, not even in VP.
