Should be Force Shock, unsure when it was changed but I don't see Static Strike in the Velious spdat.

The Cane is 1hb. The research I did led me to believe the Cane should have been in the whole time. There is also evidence that the Staff has been around at least since 2001. Perhaps both of these items should drop? I'd like more input before proceeding with this.
