Spells: Mobs Casting: Torbas Acid Blast

Two mobs that I know off the bat that cast this are Maid Issis, Dark Ritualists, and Lasna Cheroon in Mistmoore. So... necromancers cast this spell. It's not Classic, though. It's actually a Velious Spell.
