Default Soul Fire MQ

If I MQ a SoulFire with my pally, does the other person also need max priest of life faction for the final turn in since the pally will be turning in that last item?

Frankly I don't think lots of shit was mqable.

I certainly know that you couldn't hand things in or get epic npcs to respond to you before at least lvl 45 (yes I know 46 is the "planar" bench mark, but I epics were different). This was at least true for the wizard epic on live.

More to come whenever the latest round of bugs/non-classic stuffs is squared away.

I think it was done for epics as you surmise. I know it works though...I have MQ'd it twice on this server.
