No more tooltips

I don't get any more tooltips when I hover my cursor over items when inspecting. Same with my mana/hp bars, they no longer show a percentage.

I'm using the Velious UI.

Did I accidentally disable something? "Allow context menus" toggle from options doesn't seem to do anything about it.
