Quest Issue: Scarlet Stone for Iksar shackle of Bronze quest

I've killed dozens and dozens of drolvarg snarlers and yet to see this stone.

Research also says drolvarg scavengers can also drop this but I've yet to see ANY spawn.

All the other quest drops for this shackle dropped within the first 10 or so kills, this item is not supposed to be this rare which leads me to believe it is bugged.

That is what I initially thought as well according to wiki. Perhaps their spawn is bugged?

I've been killing drolvargs in their spawn area, the dog camps etc for hours and hours and have yet to see one spawn.

perhaps I am really unlucky, but have also spoken to others who have hunted in the area quite a bit who echo similar findings.

If there is a certain ph or way to spawn the scavengers then I'm missing it, I was under the impression they spawned just like all the snarlers and growlers roaming around.

If there is indeed no bug than I will figure it out. Thank you for your time.

Ok finally got a Scavenger to spawn, and it did indeed drop the stone.
