I can't seem to find a clear answer on this, do the Flunkies still drop Sarnak Liberators? Maybe a GM can weigh in on this...

90% sure they still do. I remember a long time ago people said they get taken out but I've gotten like 4 in the past 6 months just randomly. You can usually find one for 800pp in EC
