Game Mechanics: Initial training points

Before the patch, if you went to train in something that you had 0 points in, it would use one training point, but give a skill level equal to your level.

For instance a level 8 player with 0 points in tailoring could click train once and have a skill of 8.

After the patch, this is no longer the case.
