Project 1999 Server is Locked??
Sorry, I'm a new player and I got everything going (I thought...I skipped downloading the launcher because, well, it wasn't downloading) but I got the rest of the install guide off EQEmulator.org and managed to login and I find both Project 1999 servers "Locked". Did I do something wrong? Are the servers just down right now? What's up?

It works now [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] But I am getting a "Your spells file is outdated" error at the character selection screen. I'm assuming that's normal because of the update. And I would essentially download that EQChanges V24 zip and place it in my directory somewhere? Sorry, I'm brand new to this :/

That is exactly what you need to do. I believe it zips right into the Everquest root folder.
