![]() How do I generate a log file to parse combat statistics? I don't see anything in the log folder or an option to enable it from the EQ button/options.

![]() I've tried a couple of log programs but none of them are generating any information. Are the modern parsers not compatible with EQEmu?
I want to find out my pet's DPS and the HP of mobs I'm killing.

![]() when you have the file that you want,
type /log off If you dont the file will accumulate and after several weeks/months or even years it can become quite big!

![]() I am using GamParse and it works pretty well. One thing I had to do was set the threshold lower. By default, GamParse (and I suspect most parsers) ignores any fight with less than 5000 total damage. I have to change that setting down to 1 to get most old world fights to show up.
As for the log size, I just go in and zip up the log every so often so EQ starts a new file. That was I can keep a full history, but the files are manageable.
