Shit. I'd pay 10k just to be able to proc my hammer. Barb starting dex is so bad, lol.

But I find myself in enough 2-3 person groups that lack a shaman, enchanter, or bard, that I'd buy this stuff to have a somewhat better chance of proccing locustlure.
