Coyote Tail Missing From Gindlin Toxfodder

I don't know where to put this post and if it's exclusive to the P99 server as a whole or just the red server, anyways...

The NPC in North Karana Gindlin Toxfodder should be selling "Coyote Tail" which is an ingredient in blinding poison. He's selling a lot of of other things but Coyote Tail is not one of them.
