Quest Issue: Frostbite not giving Koalindl Fish

I was attempting to complete the Stein of Moggok quest with out killing the fish in the paladins pool in North Qeynos by giving the dog Frostbite, in West Karana, the potion of Regurgitonic. I tried everything I could think of to get him to give me the fish but he would do nothing but give me back the potion when I handed it to him. I tried barbarian illusion and alliance, faction was kindly, with no results. I tried human illusion and alliance, same. I even tried to kill Frostbite, no fish and alot of negitive faction hits. He just does not appear to have the fish at all.

I did not even know there was a bad regurgitonic. The one I have just says Regurgitonic. Thats all.

What does it say when Identified? How did you obtain it?

I obtained it by getting the nitrate in Surefall glade. Then I went to Akanon and gave the nitrate to the gnome in the zoo and he gave me the regurgitonic.

2 versions of the Regurg, he tells you it might be a bad batch if you read the quest text =).

Just do like the rest of us, and make, or have a friend make, a Warrior that worships Rodcet Nife, The Prime Healer, and kill fish in the pool [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Even better, if you don't have the spell Identify, you can't know which you have until you try to give it to him.
