NPC Spawn Issue: Oobnopterbevny Biddilets Spawning (non classic Mob)

Basically, I saw this mob on tracking and it's a non classic mob.

It was introduced with the Qeynos badge quest and the plague event they had on live. I think it was part of the Lagged Pine zone release.

It should be instead a lion or spider or a bear (oh my!)
