 | Pre-50 rogue vs. monk skill caps I've got a 48 rogue. Her offensive skills have been capped for several levels, offense and piercing are both at 210. I'm grouped with a 49 monk. His offensive skills are 240 2hb and 230 offense. Are rogues supposed to have shit skills compared to monks pre-51? I've never played a melee this high before, but it just seems off for the two primary offensive melee classes to have such a difference in their primary offensive skills. | ||

 | Its just that monks have a huge bonus there. Warriors are on par with rogues. It goes away at 60. IMO the retarded skillcaps at 40 are a big reason why melee were so weak in Classic relative to casters. 50 more points of defense and offense and weapon skill would have made a huge difference. | ||

 | Gotcha. I knew that things evened out at 60 but didn't know that there was such a significant difference back in the classic days. That just makes me all the more excited to get a few more levels with my rogue though, lol. | ||
