Unable to connect to server....

Unable to connect to the server.... everything's installed right to a T been playing here since launch and haven't encountered many problems.....after i hit the server select and choose p99 TRK it does the normal mini to black screen then pauses for a good 30 seconds......then kicks right back to the login screen no error etc any ideas????

Im running off of Wild blue internet (yes satellite internet i know could be the main problem right there)
Windows 7 64bit ultimate edition
i7 2600k
8 gig ram
Msi MB
Geforce 460 gtx

Yeah totally have the same issue this guy is having and satellite internet here also.
