Miscellaneous: Coerced Smith in Dalnir

So I've killed the Coerced smith a couple times and I think there are a few things that may be off about this mob.

1st: I am not sure if this was added in later, but some posts seem to suggest that the coerced smith is kos by the Kly sarnaks.

2nd: Iksar blood is supposed to drop from him. I am not sure if I am merely unlucky but I have killed him a few times and never gotten iksar blood. It is not often that people kill this guy since he is indifferently, but from people who have killed him they mention he drops the blood. Could it be that he drops blood frequently?

2011 Seda: "Has dropped Iksar blood both times I've killed him."
2002 Morigu: He dropped Iksar Blood when killed, I assume its a rare drop like all Iksar NPC's.

2002 Vanidor Silverbranch: I talked with the smith but he only replied to a couple questions and dropped Iksar Blood.
